Flowers in the Front!

This is called a "September Charm" Josh and I picked it out this weekend. It is supposed to be drought resistant, which is good because I forget to water!
These are snap dragons that have re-seeded themselves from 2 years ago!! They look way better now than they did 2 years ago!

New Fence....Day #2

So, the new fence is coming along nicely!!!! It is up and completely usable. The men worked hard getting the aluminum mesh up and gates installed! The new gates are beautiful!! The only thing left on the to-do list is latches for the gates!! Yeah!!! Sadie has her yard back!

It gets worse.....

I started a demolition project of my own, tearing out the old tile in preparation of new tile in 2 weeks. I don't want to fill up the trash can all at once. So, even though the tile goes to the ceiling the concrete board does not!!!! I'm very irritated about that. So, now I'm ripping off chuncks of our wall along with the tile. Can't people do things the right way the first time??
I did put new shiny hardware in!!!! Doesn't it look amazing??

Out with the old.......

We thought our bathroom would be an easy fix....just replace the broken tiles right?? No way....most project in the house are not a quick fix. We found that the tile is not really attached to the wall. It is being held on mostly by the abundance of caulk the previous owner used. Also, our fan is not working so well....that is why there is ugly mold. Don't worry though we are taking care of that too.
